UNITY

My dear friend Helen (see previous post comments) was on the money when she indicated WHY we are to DO what we are supposed to do. That engaging in the “To Do” list would bring about UNITY.

So…

create a church that “perfects” the saints for the accomplishment of the ministry of Christ–a ministry that will make the body of Christ (the church) grow, Ephesians 4:12, so that we will be unified!
So…

What brings about UNITY?

Put on your thinking cap and find the key in the verses following Ephesians 4:12:

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

Find it?
